- Bachelor of Engineering (04 years’ degree recognized by HEC / PEC) (Petroleum & Gas / Chemical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics/ Civil/ Computer / System / Environmental)
- Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Management Sciences ( HR, Accounting & Finance, Commerce, Marketing, Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics and Supply Chain Management) / Environmental Sciences / Law / Media Studies / Geology / Geophysics / Computer Science / Chemistry / Social Sciences) (16 years of education)
Position Title: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit: 26 years.
- CGPA | 2.50 (in requisite degree as specified above).
- 1st Division (60% & above) where CGPA is not applicable.
- The enrolment / selection shall stand null & void if a candidate is found ineligible at any stage as per the advertisement.
General Instructions:
- Only those candidates shall be entertained whose final result has been announced on or before June 30, 2026
- Applicants with foreign academic qualifications must furnish Equivalence certificate of 16 or 18 years, if selected.
- The trainee(s) will undergo comprehensive training program during one-year period.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
- Written test will be conducted by IBA Karachi at their specified centers only.
- Full time contract employment in the Company will be offered upon successful completion of training program evaluated on the basis of performance.

- Only those eligible candidates who have paid the application processing fee will be called for test/interview.
- Any misinformation, misrepresentation, and concealment of facts in the recruitment/selection process will render the selection of a candidate / whole process null & void.
