Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 02 years of experience in marketing ops, campaign coordination, digital marketing, or a related
Skills & Abilities:
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital content management.
- Knowledge of scheduling tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
- Ability to work within timelines.
- Willingness to learn
Role Description / Responsibilities
Purchase Orders & System Coordination:
- Generate and process purchase orders in the system accurately and on time.
- Ensure timely locking and tracking of POs for campaigns and vendors.
- Coordinate with Finance for payment processing and reconciliation
Employee Discount & Voucher Management:
- Issue employee discount vouchers.
- Track and coordinate payment processing for voucher-related transactions.
Campaign Execution Support:
- Support day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across Insignia retail stores, ensuring timely implementation of all campaign activities.
- Handle operational coordination with vendors, logistics partners, and store teams for dispatch, delivery, and installation of campaign materials.
Engagement & Basic Monitoring:
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement on posts.
- Escalate customer queries or issues to the relevant team.
Content Upload & Publishing:
- Upload and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Ensure content is posted as per the approved content calendar.
- Maintain accuracy in captions, tags, links, and formatting.
- Ensure timely execution of campaign-related posts as per the calendar
