Position Title: Replenisher (Women’s Essentials)
Location: Lahore
Role Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Replenisher to ensure optimal stock levels across retail stores. The role involves monitoring inventory, executing replenishment plans, and coordinating with warehouse and store teams. The incumbent will analyze sales patterns to maintain product availability and minimize stock-outs or overstock situations. Timely execution of replenishment cycles and adherence to SOPs is critical. The role supports smooth store operations and enhances customer satisfaction through effective inventory management. Strong coordination and basic analytical skills are key to success in this role.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain
Skills & Abilities:
- Inventory Planning & Stock Management – Maintaining optimal stock levels across stores
- Data Handling & Excel Skills – Ability to track sales and generate replenishment plans
- Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in stock allocation and reporting
- Coordination & Communication – Working closely with warehouse, stores, and planning teams
