Fatima Group is looking for the services of motivated and energetic professional for the position of Investment Analyst at Lahore.
Details are as follows:

Location: Lahore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to support the Investment team within the Finance function. The role will primarily focus on REIT related transactions, while also contributing to broader investment evaluations, diversification initiatives, and expansion projects across sectors. The individual will play a key role in financial analysis, transaction execution, and stakeholder coordination, working closely with senior team members to drive investment decisions and project outcomes.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA Finance from a reputable institution.
  • CFA Level I cleared preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, consulting, or transaction advisory.
  • Exposure to real estate or REITs or infrastructure investments is a plus.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of investment evaluation techniques and capital allocation frameworks.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail with a structured, problem solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Analysis and Financial Modelling

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models such as DCF, IRR, scenario and sensitivity analysis for REIT and non REIT investment opportunities.
  • Support evaluation of new investments, expansion projects, and strategic initiatives across sectors.
  • Conduct benchmarking, market research, and industry analysis to support investment decisions.

Transaction Execution and Deal Support

  • Assist in execution of REIT transactions, including preparation of transaction materials and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to drafting of investment papers, information memorandums, and internal approval documents.
  • Support due diligence processes i.e. financial, commercial, and regulatory, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams such as finance, legal, technical etc. and external stakeholders i.e. advisors, service providers, regulators.
  • Track transaction timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure timely execution.

Regulatory and Compliance

  • Stay updated on REIT regulations and relevant investment frameworks, ensuring compliance in all transactions.
  • Support documentation and structuring to align with regulatory and commercial requirements.

Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting

  • Assist in monitoring performance of existing investments, tracking KPIs, returns, and variances against plan.
  • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management review.

Strategic and Ad hoc Support

  • Support senior team members on strategic initiatives, diversification opportunities, and special projects.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of financial models, templates, and internal processes.
