Currently Beaconhouse Group is looking for a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Manager Business Development at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Manager Business Development
Department: United Charter Schools
Location: Islamabad
Required Qualification & Experience:
- MBA in Marketing or any other relevant field
- At least 8-10 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of strategy formulation and feasibility planning
- Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Design Territory / Distribution Plan for rolling out of UCS campuses in Northern Region
- Sell and present the UCS franchise model to prospective & new investors
- Develop & implement strategies to grow the business and increase revenue
- Manage and expand the network of franchise campuses in the Northern Region by conducting market surveys and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Conduct competitor and customer analyses to identify and explore potential markets
- Develop a reliable and accurate marketing information system (statistics, target market info, competitors research etc.) to facilitate strategic decision making for marketing and management purposes
- Develop and implement communication campaigns with appropriate media in order to attract queries from prospective investors.
- Strict monitoring of business KPIs
