Details are as follows:
Position Title: Head Building & Works Department
No. of Positions: 01
Location: Islamabad
Grade: VP / VP-1
Age Limit: 45 Years
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/ International).
- Candidate must be a member of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as Professional Engineer (PE).
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant field.
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience in building construction, supervision and project management of high rise buildings and to handle day to day maintenance works including HVAC, Electrical systems etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning & Designing of Bank’s buildings.
- Monitoring/supervision and construction/repair works (civil / electrical / mechanical).
- Renting out surplus spaces in Bank’s owned buildings.
- Hiring of Buildings on rental basis for Branch offices.
- Allotment and administration of Flats in Colony.
- Compliance of Audit paras / SBP observations.
- To liaison with line Departments at HO / Field.
- Preparation of Budget for CAPEX / OPEX.
- Assist Management for policy decisions
- Any other task assigned by the management
