Position Title: E-Commerce Coordinator
Location: Lahore
Role Description:
The position will be responsible for supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth coordination of online sales activities, order processing, inventory updates, and marketplace management. The role involves monitoring product listings, coordinating with internal departments for timely order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate data across e-commerce platforms. The incumbent will also be resolving operational issues, and ensuring efficient execution of online business activities to enhance customer experience and overall operational efficiency.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A / B.Com or equivalent)
- 1-2 Years work experience
Skills & Abilities:
- Good understanding of e-commerce operations and online marketplaces
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail with problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and order processing
