Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Business Management, Marketing, or a relevant field
- 7-8 years in a Retail Setting with minimum 2 years in a similar capacity
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership, team management, and sales planning abilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, KPIs, and performance management.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and business development skills.
Role Description:
- This position holds a leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing retail operations and ensuring business profitability across the assigned region.
- The role oversees multiple territories, providing direction and managing performance of sales teams to achieve revenue, margin and customer satisfaction targets.
- The incumbent is accountable for implementing sales strategies, monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring adherence to retail SOPs.
- Additionally, the role includes exploring new markets for business growth, managing relationships with real estate and renovation stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Note: The candidate should be open to relocate anywhere in Pakistan.
