Age: Up to 55 Years
Required Qualification & Experience:
- MBA / MS (Marketing) with proven minimum 5 years hands on experience in Export, Sales and Marketing within agri Sector incl Pulp & Juices, HoReCa / FMCG.
- Fluency in English; additional Russian, Chinese or Middle Eastern languages are a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
- New business development of Agri and Pulp Products of the company.
- Manage customer connections, generate leads and manage contracts.
- Responsible for meeting revenue & profitability targets.
- Submit proposals for new ventures and negotiate contract conditions.
- Monitoring, negotiating & finalizing business proposals of customers.
- Manage monthly billing and recovery with customers as per contract terms.
- Developing, protecting, or upgrading firm procedures, regulations, or policies in a strategic manner.
- Maintain statistics for the respective trades and examine trends and present to senior management of the company.
- Responsible for managing commercial operations, such as increasing volume and guiding the team to meet volume targets and address commercial challenges.
- Pursuing new business opportunities and cross selling.
- Preparing and presenting sales budget and KPIs.
- Experience working independently across time zones and managing remote customer relationships.
- Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to meet revenue targets
