NCL invites applications for the position of Assistant Manager Retail Operations at Head Office, Lahore.

Position Title: Assistant Manager Retail Operations
Location: Head Office, Gulberg – Lahore
Job Type: Permanent
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Retail Management or a related field, with 4–6 years’ experience (2–4 years’ in retail operations) and hands-on experience with retail systems (Odoo, RetailPro or similar)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Description:
- Manage in-store screens, staff profiles, discounts, access controls, store hours, key-holder records, and act as first POC for tech, maintenance, and customer issues; manage ticketing system for timely resolution
- Oversee store communications, SOPs, and process documents and coordinate initiatives, events, travel, and recognition programmes to drive improvements
- Support FOH/BOH operations and ensure compliance with brand standards and manage store orders within budget
