Details are as follows:
Position Title: Guest Relations Manager
Job Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Location: Islamabad
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Relations in a reputable hotel. Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all guest relations activities to ensure consistently high service standards, while ensuring compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
- Welcome VIP guests and ensure personalized services throughout their stay, maintaining strong lobby presence to interact with guests and assess satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints, feedback, and service recovery promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor online reviews and guest feedback platforms, take corrective actions where necessary, and prepare reports on guest feedback, complaints, and service improvements.
- Train and mentor guest relations team members to uphold service excellence and brand standards.
