Details are as follows:
Position Title: Assistant Banquet Sales Manager
Job Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Location: Islamabad
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 Years of relevant experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to maximize banquet revenue from weddings, conferences, corporate events, and social functions.
- Support in maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Provide hands-on, personalized assistance to clients throughout the entire event planning and execution process.
- Coordinate closely with banquet operations, kitchen, stewarding, and other departments to ensure smooth and flawless event delivery.
- Assist in preparation, finalization, and execution of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) in coordination with the Events and Sales teams.
- Maintain an updated client database and sales pipeline using the hotel’s CRM system.
Ensure all events are executed according to hotel standards, with focus on service quality, setup accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
