Cheezious is currently inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Operations Manager at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:

Job Type: Full-time (Permanent)

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or retail industry.
  • Proven experience in managing outlet operations, staff supervision, and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven experience in outlet operations and process management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and guest-handling skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hospitality and service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily workflows, implement operational policies, and ensure all departments meet business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate outlet teams, manage scheduling, and conduct training and performance evaluations.
  • Guest Experience: Monitor customer satisfaction, handle complaints professionally, and ensure high hospitality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify operational challenges, reduce wastage, and ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Inventory & Resource Management: Coordinate with vendors and procurement to monitor inventory levels and resource allocation.
  • Financial & Reporting: Assist in budget control, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
  • Coordination: Act as the bridge between outlet departments and management to resolve issues and maintain clear communication.
