Position Title: Relationship Manager Cash Management Sales
Location: Lahore, Sialkot and Multan
No. of Positions: 04
Grade: Band-10 to Band-8
Age Limit: Maximum of 55 years
Required Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor`s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/ foreign university.
Experience:
- Minimum 02- 04 years of Banking experience, Preference will be given to candidates having relevant experience.
Major Responsibilities:
- Business development of Cash Management & Employee Banking along with alignment of overall product offerings.
- Visit client to solicit Cash Management for retail (conventional & Islamic), SME and Commercial clients and solicit Employee Banking relationship from entire business verticals of the Bank including Corporate, Commercial, SME, Retail (Conventional/ Islamic) and PSDD.
- To assess client, need and recommend appropriate account services and strategize to drive client acquisition.
- Add new clients, enhance pipeline processes, and improve cross-sell and effective tail management to achieve greater productivity and market share.
- Ensuring seamless customer onboarding of clients in coordination with business verticals ensuring delivery of highest customer satisfaction levels.
- Implementing sales plans and strategies, related to new acquisition and organic growth with the help of Regional Teams.
- Periodic review of clients to ensure commercial interest of the bank.
- Active management of the entire client relationship to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Formulating solution structure for clients based on their needs and encompassing BOP@Work products.
- Raise request for pricing and procedural structuring of the deals and arrange approvals.
- Co-coordinating within team and with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of mandates.
- Ensure timely execution of SLA’s with clients. Cross Selling CF Products (Credit Cards, Personal Loan, Auto Loan & House Financing).
- Ensuring all activities are in line with SBP Prudential, Bank SOP’s & other regulations
