APL announce opportunity for a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in Retail Sales Departments Across Lahore, Peshawar, Faisalabad, and Hyderabad. Details are as follows:
Position Title: Management Trainee Officer
Locations: Lahore, Peshawar, Faisalabad, and Hyderabad.
Department: Retail Sales
Requirements:
- Candidates must hold a BBA or MBA degree.
- Specialization in Marketing is mandatory.
- A minimum CGPA of 3.0 or above out of 4.0 is required.
- Candidates with irrelevant degrees will not be considered.
- No prior work experience is required (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Responsibilities:
- Participate in rotational assignments across different business units to understand core operations and marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support customer relationship management efforts by addressing client inquiries and helping design customer engagement initiatives.
- Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance business knowledge and soft skills essential for career advancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and contribute to organizational goals.
