AKFP is hiring for the position of Manager Administration in Bano Qabil Program at Head Office, Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Manager Administration
Location: Lahore
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor / Master or equivalent degree
- 08 Years of Experience
Responsibilities:
- Strong ability to manage overall administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of services.
- Effective coordination and liaison management between regional and head office.
- Expertise in handling office services including records, communication, scheduling, security & transportation.
- Sound knowledge of facility management, maintenance planning and event coordination.
- Ability to monitor & ensure security measures, safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Competence in managing fleet operations, workplace safety and organizational assets.
- Strong leadership skills to supervise, evaluate and guide administrative staff.
