Required Education & Experience:

  • DPT
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or patient care within hospital or clinical settings.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, exercise therapy, and patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and motivate patients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient conditions through detailed evaluations, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Develop individualized therapy programs aimed at physical rehabilitation, pain management, and mobility improvement.
  • Provide therapy sessions including exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other rehabilitation techniques.
  • Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises, posture correction, lifestyle modifications, and recovery techniques to support long-term health.
  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Promote preventive care by advising patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and wellness practices.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, case reviews, and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new rehabilitation methods.
