Required Education & Experience:
- DPT
- 2–3 years of professional experience in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or patient care within hospital or clinical settings.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, exercise therapy, and patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and motivate patients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions through detailed evaluations, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Develop individualized therapy programs aimed at physical rehabilitation, pain management, and mobility improvement.
- Provide therapy sessions including exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other rehabilitation techniques.
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises, posture correction, lifestyle modifications, and recovery techniques to support long-term health.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Promote preventive care by advising patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and wellness practices.
- Participate in departmental meetings, case reviews, and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new rehabilitation methods.
