Airblue is looking for the services of exceptionally sound and self-motivated professional for the position of “Assistant Manager Sales Development“ at Islamabad.

Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 03 to 05 years of work experience
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of GDS systems.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Job Description:
- Plan and achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to travel agents and corporate accounts.
- Promote special fares, incentives, and new routes.
- Follow up on group bookings and pending quotations.
- Monitor daily call activity and productivity of the telesales team.
- Provide on-job training and guidance to telesales staff.
- Ensure proper call scripts and sales techniques are followed.
- Assist agents with fare queries, policies, schedule updates.
- Coordinate internally for seat confirmations, group approvals, and waivers. Ensure timely resolution of agent concerns.
- Maintain daily call reports and sales dashboards.
- Track KPIs such as conversion ratio, revenue per call, and call volume. Ensure accurate booking practices.
- Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates.
