Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company is government owned not-for-profit company. We are looking for the services of qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Manager HR on contract basis at PRMSC Head Office Lahore.

Monthly Salary: 288,775 PKR
Position Title: Manager HR
Qualification and Experience:
- Master degree in HR / Administration / Social Sciences / Commerce
- 5 years of relevant work experience in matters related to HR management, personnel management etc.
- 3 years of experience of working in similar projects/assignments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing human resource services to support PRMSC activities including recruitment, selection, performance management, grievance redressal , employee contracts etc.
- Schedule management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
