The City School is looking to fill the position of Manager Administration at the Regional Office – North, Islamabad.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Manager Administration
Location: Regional Office – North, Islamabad
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Masters Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
- 8 years of experience in administration or operational role, preferably in education sector.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide overall administrative support to schools for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Address operational challenges and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
- Conduct regular school visits to assess administrative practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as the primary contact for government institutions and authorities.
- Manage and process regulatory requirements, such as obtaining NOCs and relevant certifications.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and government regulations.
- Maintain records and ensure proper management of gensets across campuses.
- Oversee the maintenance and availability of other critical equipment and assets.
