Position: Branch Manager
Location: Retail Outlet – Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi
Job Type: Permanent
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years’ retail experience (2 years in store management) with a strong record in targets and sales leadership
- Excellent communication skills and strong command on MS Excel for reporting, tracking and sales analysis
Job Description:
- Drive branch performance through sales targets, KPIs, and profitability
- Lead and develop team members through training, performance management, and workforce planning to enhance customer experience
- Manage daily store operations and visual merchandising
- Oversee inventory management, stock audits and analyze sales performance using MS Excel to identify trends and implement corrective actions
