Position Title: Finance Associate
Employment Status: Contract

Age: 22 – 40 Years
Location: Lahore
Qualification & Experience::
- Masters in Finance / Accounts / ACCA from HEC recognized institute
- 02 years experience in relevant field
Job Responsibilities:
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions.
- Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases, etc.
- Help oversee and manage individual accounts.
- Responsible for managing, tracking, and updating the accounting record.
- Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
- Manage cash controls as well as maintain book keeping up-to-date.
- Review and adhere to departmental budgets
- Ensure all expenses are within assigned project budget.
- Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets.
- Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting.
- Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified.
- Collect information for and prepare payroll payments for employees.
- Assist the Manager Finance in creating financial reports on a regular basis.
- To make presentations, projections, write and edit financial reports.
- Assist the Manager Finance and executives with projects and tasks when required.
- Assist in budget preparation and management activities.
- Assist in preparation of all financial statements, invoices, proposals, etc. as required.
- Adhere to the PPIF’s financial policies and procedures.
- Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.
- Any other duty/task assigned by the Manager Finance.
