Engro Corporation Limited seeks applications from qualified and self-motivated individuals for the position of “Area Sales Manager”.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Area Sales Manager
Job Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Location: Across Pakistan
Qualification & Experience::
- BBA/MBA
- Minimum 1 year of experience- previous experience in Sales will be preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- To achieve a sales plan for the respective area by operating safely, developing a strategy for achievement of the sales plan, and effective dealer management, while supervising and mentoring the team towards the achievement of objectives.
- Achieve HSE objectives assigned by management and introduce initiatives that can contribute to the betterment of the overall HSE environment of the organization.
- Achieve annual assigned Urea, Phosphates & NP Plus volumes for designated area.
- Ensure effective dealer network management.
- Provide analytical support to ZSM and zonal team, if required
- Develop effective sales projections and inventory management at the area level while coordinating the same with the distribution department.
- Provide market intelligence to supervisor and sales HO.
- Oversee proper placement of POS/merchandising material.
