We are looking for a dynamic and experienced “Production Planning Manager” to oversee and optimize our production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing production plans to align with sales demand, CKD kit imports and the local supply chain while ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Manager – Production Planning
Qualification:
- B.Sc Engineering (Mech/Elec/Industrial/Automotive or related field). Master’s degree with management experience is a plus.
Required Experience:
- 07-10 years’ experience in planning and operations related roles.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems specifically SAP (PP and MM modules). Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize production line and equipment utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor and control inventory levels of CKD kits, sub-assemblies, local parts, and finished goods.
- Prepare and maintain a CKD order-to-sales pipeline for seamless production planning.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to align production output with market demand.
- Utilize data analytics and KPIs to track production performance and drive continuous improvement.
Location: Plant-Faisalabad
