Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s in HR Management
- 07 Years Experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and compliance frameworks.
- Drive performance management, training and organizational development initiatives.
- Oversee employee engagement, grievance handling and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals.
