Pakistan Cricket Board is engaged in promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game. PCB seeks applications from experienced and motivated professionals for the position of “Manager Procurement” at Lahore.
The ideal candidate will specialize in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries, while optimizing athlete performance through evidence-based physiotherapy practices. This role requires close collaboration with coaches, trainers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure athletes achieve peak physical condition safely and efficiently.

Position Title: Manager Procurement
Location: Lahore
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in large or public sector organizations.
Skills & Competency:
- Strong knowledge of contract law, PPRA Rules and public sector procurement frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High standards of ethics, transparency, and accountability. Proactive, organized and detail-oriented approach to multitasking.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage procurement and contracting strategies aligned with PCB’s objectives.
- Manage sourcing, tendering, negotiation and contracting processes across diverse categories.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, PPRA Rules and applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Evaluate, negotiate and manage supplier and service contracts to ensure performance, value and risk mitigation.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts and vendor performance.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance and Operational teams to ensure alignment of contractual obligations with PCB’s objectives.
- Maintain a central repository of all procurement and contract documents to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
