Position Title: Coordinator – Foundry (BIC Incubation Center)
Location: Islamabad
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Business/Management/Entrepreneurship (or related field).
- 1-3 years of experience
Job Description:
- Program delivery & operations (sessions, workshops, Pitch/Forge Days).
- Student recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement; tracking attendance and completion.
- Career development
- Logistics for guest lectures and field activities.
- Mentor network building and management; coordination of the mentorship program.
- Industry and partner outreach
- Data and reporting on KPIs (registrations, completions, placements, start-up teams progressed, mentor/guest sessions).
