Stylo is hiring for the position of “Brand Manager” at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Brand Manager
Location: Lahore
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in brand management, PR, or communications, ideally within retail, FMCG, or fashion industries
Skills & Abilities:
- Experience in managing creative and digital agencies effectively
- Ability to guide visual and creative direction while maintaining brand consistency
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for content generation, audience insights, and campaign optimization
- Ability to translate data
- Strong command over content strategy, storytelling, and digital platforms

Role Description:
- Plan and execute Marketing campaigns including launches, sales, and new collections
- Oversee content direction including shoots, reels, and visual storytelling aligned with brand identity
- Manage and coordinate with creative agencies to ensure high-quality campaign execution
- Lead influencer marketing initiatives, from identification to collaboration and performance tracking
- Work closely with digital agencies to plan and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Ensure consistent brand identity across retail stores, website, and all digital platforms
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform brand strategy
- Monitor and manage campaign performance, budgets, and ROI
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, retail, and eCommerce teams
- Support execution of brand activations, store launches, and events
- Understanding of AI tools and workflows
