Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s in a relevant field (IR, Business, Marketing)
- 04 – 05 Years of Experience
Job Description:
- Build and strengthen relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders to drive fundraising initiatives.
- Identify, secure, and manage new funding opportunities through strategic partnerships.
- Lead engagement campaigns and outreach to potential supporters.
- Prepare proposals, agreements, and related documentation to obtain project funding.
- Ensure program compliance and timely reporting to donors.
- Oversee donor records, coordinate visits, and organize events to enhance engagement.
- Monitor fundraising performance and donor interactions to support sustainable growth.
