Position Title: Human Resource Executive
Location: Lahore
Qualification and Experience:
- BBA Hons / MBA- HR or relevant field
- 02 – 03 Years of Experience
Job Description:
- Assist in the implementation and ongoing coordination of the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Support departments in developing, reviewing & finalizing individual and team KPIs.
- Verification and consolidation of departmental performance management data.
- Ensure consistency and standardization of KPIs with organizational goals.
- Support communication related to PMS guidelines, timelines and updates.
- Strong understanding of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
