Transsion Pakistan is looking for a dynamic, self-driven and energetic professional for the position of “Sales Assistant” at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Sales Assistant
Location: Lahore
Role Purpose:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support regional sales teams in order processing, market price-check coordination, inventory follow-up, and structured sales data reporting. This role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage data in a timely and organized manner.
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, order processing, operations coordination, or data reporting (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables and formulas are a plus)
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Responsible, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
- Strong coordination and follow-up ownership mindset
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist regional sales teams in placing daily orders accurately and on time
- Ensure complete order details (customer, model, quantity, price, payment terms, delivery information)
- Support market price-check activities and organize findings clearly (product, location, shop name, date, evidence if available)
- Track full order cycle: booking → warehouse outbound → delivery → inbound confirmation
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve delays, missing items, or documentation gaps
- Maintain and update sales data including orders, shipments, inventory status, and returns
- Ensure proper file management, naming conventions, and version control
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports with key metrics and trend summaries
- Provide basic analysis on sales progress, product mix, order status, and potential risks
- Ensure timely submission and high data accuracy
