Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a higher education environment.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to resolve issues constructively.
- Skilled in analysing feedback and driving service improvement initiatives.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- The Student Facilitation Officer facilitates communication between students and relevant departments to ensure smooth access to academic, administrative, and support services.
- The role supports students with inquiries, feedback, and service requests, directs them to the relevant departments for timely resolution, maintains accurate records of student interactions, resolves issues, and contributes to the continuous improvement of service delivery.
