Required Experience: 05 Years
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably MBA or Masters Degree
- Minimum 05 years of banking experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of the annual sales plan for the Bank’s unsecured products (i.e., Credit Cards, IPF, Faysal Flexi Finance, Takmeel finance) across all branches and direct sales teams within the assigned area. Supervise the daily operations of the sales teams, focusing on acquisition, lead generation, and portfolio quality.
- Monitor and drive product penetration through focused campaigns and team performance management, ensuring target achievement across channels. Identify opportunities for cross-selling of unsecured and secured consumer finance products and ensure that viable leads for cross-sell are realized by the sales teams.
- Conduct periodic field visits to markets and residential areas to support sales teams in building pipelines and relationships with prospective customers. Track and analyze area-level sales performance and KPIs, and take corrective action where required to meet performance benchmarks.
- Assist the Regional Head in preparing area forecasts, performance reports, and sales insights. Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory policies and procedures across all unsecured sales activities.
