Job Opportunity at National Database & Registration Authority-NADRA – Hiring “Supervisor (Human Resource)”

NADRA is inviting applications, from energetic and self-driven individuals who are ready to contribute actively to the organization, for the position of “Supervisor (Human Resource)” at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:

Position Title: Supervisor (Human Resource)

Location: Islamabad
Employment Status: Contractual
Age Limit: 35 Years

Educational Qualification:

Graduation from HEC recognized University

Professional Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resource Department

Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies:

Preparing reports, maintain records(Files, Recruitment Documents , Personal Files) ensuring accurate documentation.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Assist and overseeing postings/transfers , HR State and recruitment process.
Coordination with other departments and ensuring smooth and effective execution of HR Policies and procedures.

Terms & Conditions:

Selected candidate will be hired initially for 3 x year (extendable if required) and will be on 6-month probation period.
Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
5 years’ relaxation in age is already included in above age limit.
Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/ relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of interview.
Females, Minority, Transgenders and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches etc. will not be allowed during test and interview.
