Career Opportunity at Export-Import Bank of Pakistan (EXIM Bank)
Export-Import Bank of Pakistan (“EXIM Bank”) is set up by the Government of Pakistan, as Pakistan’s official Export Credit Agency, to support inter-alia the growth of exports and to undertake import substitution projects.

EXIM Bank is looking for applications from interested and qualified individuals for the position of “Assistant Manager Human Resource” at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:

Position Title: Assistant Manager Human Resource

Location: Islamabad
Gender: Both

Qualification:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in H.R. preferred) in human resource or business administration from a leading international university or a local one recognised by the Higher Education Commission(H.E.C.) of Pakistan.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 (three) years of relevant work experience in/with Development Finance Institutions/banks in Pakistan

Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, etc.).
  • Strong Data analytical coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and create goals and vision for delivery in ambiguous, difficult or new situations.
  • Significant understanding of H.R. Operations and Recruitment.
  • Strong and confident team player, motivated, and passionate about the vision and mission of the bank, and deep desire to contribute to the overall success of Pak EXIM’s mandate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor the budget in alignment with H.R. and organizational objectives.
  • Assist in designing, implementing, and monitoring the bank’s performance management system.
  • Support managers and employees in setting Key Performance Indicators(K.P.Is.) and performance goals.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and H.R. metrics.
  • Provide H.R. metrics to management to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, select, and retain qualified employees. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring activities to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
  • Maintain performance management records in HRIS or related systems.
  • To ensure staff profile/leave records are maintained as per bank policy & legal requirements.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day H.R. operations, not limited to Attendance, Health Life Insurances, Staff Loans, etc.
  • Completion of any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Ensures execution of H.R. operations within assigned budget in coordination with supervisor; expenses of the department to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure accuracy of daily H.R. operations, take steps for rectification of identified gaps and signs off respective documents/reports.
  • Ensures proper documentation as well as adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Ensures complete data entry and record keeping.
  • Strategise governance of systems to ensure seamless operations through advanced controls and measures.
  • Executing any other duties as and when required by the Line Manager.
