- 5-7 years experience

- Excellent understanding of schedule/calendar management.
- Thorough understanding of handling administrative tasks.
Job Description:
Assisting the AD School Operations & Development in managing and streamlining the operational and developmental functions of Beaconhouse schools. The role involves close coordination with regional and school-level teams, ensuring uniform implementation of policies and procedures, monitoring financial and operational performance, and facilitating efficient communication across departments. The position also requires handling of confidential information, preparation of reports and presentations, and active follow-up on key operational matters to ensure timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with schools, regions, and HO departments for smooth operational execution.
- Monitor student strength, project cash flows, and fund positions.
- Manage AD’s schedule, meetings, travel, and official correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
- Handle queries from parents, schools, and authorities, ensuring timely resolution.
- Liaise with departments (Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, etc.) for follow-ups and updates.
- Represent the AD in meetings and maintain confidential records.
