HUM Network is hiring a Youtube Executive at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Youtube Executive
Locations: Islamabad
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Media, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years in YouTube content operations or newsroom video distribution.
- Proficient in YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy/VidiQ, and Google Trends.
- Skilled in thumbnail design using Photoshop or Canva.
- Basic video editing ability (Premiere or similar) for quick clipping. Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, real-time news cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clip and upload 25-30 broadcast news segments daily, ensuring timely and optimized distribution. Write engaging bilingual titles, descriptions, and hashtags for maximum visibility.
- Design and test clickable thumbnails to improve CTR and audience retention.
- Manage playlists, end screens, and metadata to boost discoverability and watch time.
- Track and report performance metrics, identifying patterns to guide content strategy.
- Collaborate with editorial, graphics, and SEO teams for trend-driven, brand-safe uploads.
