Job Type: Full Time – Regular

Qualification:

Education: BS CS/BCS/BCSE(hons)/ or MCS/MCIT/MIS
Experience: 3 years of experience

Required Skills:

Java 8, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, React, Redux, Flux
Programming languages, JavaScript, React, Redux, Flux, Web Services, CI / CD tools
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Typescript (preferred)

Job Description:

Full Stack Development & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of new features and services across the entire application stack, from database to user interface. Ensure the architecture is scalable, maintainable, and secure.
Backend Engineering (Java): Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance Java and Spring Boot micro services and RESTful APIs. Focus on creating efficient, reusable backend code and integrating with various data sources.
Frontend Development (React): Build responsive, modern, and highly interactive user interfaces using React.js and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Hooks). Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, perform thorough code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting best practices, coding standards, and a culture of quality.
Optimization and Quality: Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the full stack. Lead testing efforts, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
DevOps & Deployment: Work closely with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Collaboration: Partner effectively with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, estimate work, and deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend new tools and methodologies that can improve the development process and product quality.
