Details are as follows:
Position Title: Manager (Corporate Affairs)
Location: Lahore
No. of Positions: 01
Monthly Salary: Rs. 100,000 – 200,000
Employment Status: Contract
Gender: Both
Age: 25 – 45
Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Commerce / English / Statistics from an institute recognized by HEC.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Diploma in Corporate Law.
Experience:
- Minimum five (05) years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work, preferably in drafting minutes of meetings, board resolutions and compliance documentation.
- Experience in a Public Sector Company or a Section 42 company will be an advantage.
