Position: Assistant Accountant (Payroll)

Location: Rawalpindi
Age: Up to 55 Years

Required Qualification & Experience:

MBA Finance / M. Com Fresh.
B. Com / BBA (Hons) (Finance) or 16 years education in relevant field with 3 years’ experience.

Job Expectation:

Dealing payroll of staff Contractual / Regular payroll.
Dealing with all types of pay adjustments.
Process payroll of New Joiner’s / Leaver’s of Contractual/Regular employee.
Working on Special Area Allowance consolidation of file & update in system.
Uploading the file after all reconciliation in oracle payroll.
Check/Reconciliation of adjustments after payroll run.
Removal of error occurred in sys during the updating of employee’s adjustment.
Reconciliation on undisbursed salary on monthly basis.
Consolidation/Scrutiny of Stoppage of pay of all Category employees along with necessary documents for further signature.
Working on Release of pay.
Reply to concerned unit of different queries regarding pay and allowances.
Correspondence with the different units of NLC on NEO letter.
Maintaining official files of a/m units.
Any other task assigned by Authority.
