Qualification and Experience:
- Masters or 16 years’ education in Public Administration, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics or equivalent from HEC Recognized University
- 5 years relevant experience in large organizations of Private or Public Sector.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment and selection process.
- Review performance appraisal system of employees.
- Review pay plan and benefits program.
- Preparation of orders etc related to disciplinary proceedings as approved by competent authority.
- Review attendance management system.
- Put up leaves
