Position Title: Reporting Associate
Job Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Location: Islamabad
Qualification & Experience::
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
- Previous experience in reporting, data entry, or an analyst role
- Basic understanding of business reporting and performance metrics
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
- Comfortable learning new tools and systems as needed
- Strong communication and time management skill
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel formulas, pivot tables, charts
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive, accurate, and timely reports for management and stakeholders
- Ensure all reports are data-driven, well-structured, and aligned with business objectives
- Maintain reporting schedules to meet internal deadlines and organisational requirements
- Collaborate with relevant teams to gather, verify, and consolidate data from multiple sources
- Highlight key insights, trends, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards and confidentiality of sensitive information
- Continuously improve reporting processes for greater efficiency and clarity.
