Position Title: Telephone/Exchange Operators
Locations: Head Office, Lahore
Requirements:
- Intermediate or above
- 2-3 years of experience in relevant field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally.
- Operate and maintain the telephone/exchange system.
- Redirect calls and provide accurate information to callers.
- Keep call logs and update internal contact directories.
- Report technical issues to the IT team.
- Ensure smooth and polite communication across all departments.
