We are currently hiring for the position of HR Manager at Lahore.
Details are as follows:

Position Title: HR Manager

Location: PIU, Lahore
Gender: Both
Age: 25 – 45 years

Required Qualification & Experience:

Master’s in Human Resource Management or related field
At least 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a large-scale health or community program

Skills Required:

Sound knowledge of labor laws, social security compliance, and HRMIS systems

Role Description:

Manage recruitment cycle for 3,000+ CHIs and support staff including advertisements, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with PIU and with HANDS HO HR management team for HR planning, contract issuance, and payroll management.
Ensure HRMIS updates and compliance with labor laws and social protection schemes (EOBI, PESSI).
Maintain personnel files, service agreements, and attendance records.
Facilitate performance management system for CHIs and field teams.
Handle grievances, complaints, and disciplinary procedures.
Support HR planning for refresher trainings and career development opportunities.
