Bank AL Habib is looking to hire fresh graduates for the position of Customer Support Trainee Officer across Pakistan.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Customer Support Trainee Officer
Age: Up to 30 Years
Gender: Both
No. of Positions: 35+
Location: Across Pakistan
Job Summary:
The role involves serving as the primary point of contact at the branch, ensuring customers receive timely assistance with their queries, concerns, and complaints. A strong focus on service excellence and professionalism is essential to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience.
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- No experience required, fresh graduates encouraged to apply
Skills Required:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple task simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of team.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that service standards are followed as per Banks standards.
- Report any issues encountered to the BM and ensure that they are resolved promptly.
- Guide customers to the relevant desk for desired Services.
- Ensure that all relevant materials and marketing information are available in the branch.
- Provide complete information of Products/ Services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
- Educate/ introduce customers to use of Net Banking (AL Habib Mobile Application), Call Centre and Other Digitial Channels.
- Check Complaint Box along with BM/OM and ensure registration in system.
