We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting core HR functions, including performance management cycles, organizational development initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement activities.

Position Title: HR Generalist
Location: Lahore
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA in Human Resources
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience. Experience in the engineering or power sectors is a plus
- Hands-on experience with performance management, organizational development, training, and engagement initiatives.
