Daewoo Express invite applications from fresh graduates for the position of MTO- Operations at Lahore.
Details are as follows:

Position Title: Management Training Officer (MTO) – Operations

Location: Lahore

Required Qualification & Experience:

Equipped with 16 years of relevant education
Strong in communication and critical thinking
Ready to thrive in a dynamic, field-based environment

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the bus service, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
Monitor fleet performance, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver management.
Handle logistics to ensure timely and safe transportation of passengers and cargo.
Provide high-quality customer service by addressing passenger inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Help improve the overall passenger experience by offering timely and effective solutions.
Track performance metrics, such as fleet efficiency, fuel consumption, and punctuality.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
Prepare and submit regular performance and operations reports to senior management.
Any other task assigned by HOD
