We are currently looking to hire a HR Officer for our Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: HR Officer
Location: Lahore Plant (23 KM Sheikhupura Road)
Requirements:
- BBA (HR) or Equivalent
- 2-4 years of Relevant Experience
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
Job Resposibilities:
- Identify potential candidates and conduct initial screening.
- Coordinate with hiring and schedule their interviews.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new hires.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information.
- Assist to develop Training programs.
- To issue all HR related letters.
- To perform all HR operational tasks from employee induction to employee exit.
