Details are as follows:
Position Title: Trainer
Locations: Lahore
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate from recognized and reputable institution/university, Masters will be preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with 1 year of training experience in aviation/ground handling industry.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Time Management.
- PCAA approved trainer will be consider as additional qualification.
- MS Office
Description:
This role is responsible to plan, design, develop and deliver ground services learning and development interventions for all areas of the company as determined by the Manager Learning & Development.
Monitors and reports on the training effectiveness of employees during the orientation period and during their employment. To act as a role model for ground operations excellence in terms of actions and behaviour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all training is conducted to the highest levels so that security, safety, and service standards are met by all departments.
- Maintain efficient management and conduct of training programs (Internal/Commercial).
- Suggest ways and means to improve training standards and effectiveness.
- Conduct classroom checks to ensure that the training is imparted as per prescribed standards of instructions.
- Facilitate training department to ensure smooth operation of training activities, provide accurate and comprehensive reporting as required. Keep self-updated to the latest changes in the aviation industry and training techniques
