Qualification & Requirements:
- Previous experience of call center preferred
- Communication skills
- Confident
- Able to learn new system software
- Flexible with working hours
- Multitasking
- Bachelors degree (16+ years of education)
Responsibilities:
- Handling credit card payments and refunds
- Information to passengers in case of cancellation / delayed flights
- Issuance of staff tickets
- Comment cards processing
- Assistance to airport and city ticketing office
- Reservations, modifications and handling passenger complaints
